Because we have had experience with this disease before, it would be easy to become discouraged by the possible end results of the present situation with Will. When we first received the news of his diagnosis, the question of "how will we go through this again?" certainly weighed on our minds. But we believe the Lord is showing us this is not an "again" issue. We don't have to work to figure out how we'll get from point A to point B. He has the directions, and we will trust in Him.

Psalm 118:17 I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done

Dear Matt, Kari, and Jeff,

We are standing with your family in prayer and fasting this day and in the weeks to come for the perfect health of baby William. We will declare the scripture you posted today in prayer - baby Will will live and he, himself, proclaim God's miracle in his life as his testimony!!

Know that God's plan for your family is abundant blessing; be assured of His extravagant love towards you. May His peace and joy consume you as you await the arrival of your precious son into this world and your arms.

We love you,
Doug and Rachele Martin

Matt & Kari:

I appreciate that you are posting the updates of the facts. More gloriously is that you are also declaring the truth of God's Word. His Word needs to be shouted, declared and proclaimed, because it is TRUE.

Know that Carol and I (as well as myriads of others) are holding up your arms in prayer when you may grow weary in the middle of the night hour.

As you have said, this is not an "again" issue, but a "now" issue. God is a God of "now". He dwells in today, giving a hope for tomorrow. Grasp firmly on the Hope of His promises.

We love you, May the Lord bless you and keep you always.

This site is wonderful. Thank you for adding to it daily as I believe the Lord will use it to keep us on track in prayer and will encourage all of us that there is a great army of people praying. Your verse today is right on and we will pray in agreement and use the authority that God has given us in prayer.
Matt, God is raising you up as a mighty powerful spiritual leader in your home and it will have a far reaching impact on all those that you touch--in the home first, at work, and in the world. Do not underestimate God's power at work.
