This morning we went to the church and were prayed for by the elders. It was an encouraging and uplifting time. We continue to be touched by the dedicated people who are praying for our situation. We are believing in a complete healing of Will.

We leave Sunday afternoon for St. Louis. The appointments are early on Monday, and the reports will be good.

James 5:14-15 Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.

I was so encouraged as I heard you share with the family last night. As I left, all I could think about was Joshua saying, "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord" You spoke with the authority the Lord has given you as spiritual head of this household and you are a mighty man of God. You have been strong for Kari, Jeff and Will, and your reports on this blog are encouraging as you quote from God's Word. Miles do not separate us and our prayers are with you day and night.
Love you, Lori

Tomorrow is a very special day of prayer and fasting....you will be in every thought and every prayer and as we pray...we agree and stand in faith that we will soon celebrate Will's life.

Love,
Eric and Julie

Psalm 91:7,9-11 -
7 A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you...
9 Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10 No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
11 For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.

This scripture was mentioned today in church and I really felt impressed to remind you guys of it. Whatever happens, nothing will hurt you guys, though trouble and affliction will come, it won't be able to reach you and attack you. Even though right now it is not joyous but grievous, those who rightly know God, will set their love upon him, and by prayer constantly call upon him. His promise is that He will in due time deliver the believer out of trouble, and in the mean time be with him in trouble.

We know that no evil shall befall you nor shall any plague come near your dwelling. He has given His angels charge over you to keep you in ALL of your ways. We believe it and declare it!

This is written on August 6th---the day of blessing!!!

I'm reading from the bulletin from the prophetic word that Pastor declared over ALL THE MEMBERS OF OUR CHURCH on 7-8-07.

He said: "'For the Lord would say unto His people...Behold, I have set before you an open door. I have set before you an entrance way into new things, says the Lord. And I have called you to come and see if I will not do a new work. See if I will not begin anew and afresh in your life. For behold, I have set Myself upon you, says the Lord. But look before you. Look to the calling that I have placed upon you through My word. Listen to My voice. I call you in to a secret place, an abiding place with Me. I call you into STRENGTH. And I call you into My glory, says the Lord. For, I have set before you an open door. And I call you to come says the Lord.'"

He went on to declare blessings over EVERY aspect of our lives. This applies to all of you as well---especially to Will. He is a part of this church family and he will receive these blessings. Blessings of life and of health and of strength.

I love you all (even Jeff) and pray for you often.

With all my love, Debbie
